Once you have decided which space your event will require follow the next three steps to confirm your space.

1. Inquire about available dates and place a tentative hold
2. Complete a Facility Use Application and turn it into the business office so a licensee agreement (contract) can be prepared
3. Return a signed agreement with required payments by due date to confirm space
