Center Hall

The 32,400 square foot main hall can accommodate everything from a 4,000 seat event to 188, 10' by 10', booths in an exhibit layout. The main arena also features a large lobby area with two full service concession areas plus separate dressing rooms. Depending on the needs of your event, Center Hall has the option to divide into two 16,200 square feet event areas .

Rental Times: 7am - 11pm
• Additional charges will be applied to events starting before or after given times
• Rental rates are for any given 14 hour period falling within the standard rental times
• Additional furnishing and equipment are available for rental

Payment Requirements: All payments for the use of the Manatee Convention and Civic Center are required prior to the event day.

Insurance Requirements: Events must provide Event Liability Insurance - Bodily Injury Liability $1,000,000 and Property Damage $1,000,000 per occurrence. You may talk to your event coordinator about purchasing this insurance through the Convention and Civic Center.
