The Manatee Convention and Civic Center has the following services available for any client renting the facility. If you have any questions about the following services, call the BEST Team at any time.

BUSINESS CENTER

The Convention and Civic Center's Business Center is located in the Conference Center and is available for use during events. It consists of a copier, facsimile machine, data and telephone lines. Clients may be issued an account number to make copies during our event. You may also want to talk to your event coordinator about the wireless internet service offered from BrightHouse.

AUDIO/VISUAL

Audio-visual equipment rental is also available to our clients. Equipment can be ordered through your event coordinator. For more information about what equipment is currently available you may download a slideshow presentation or download a packet. All prices presented are subject to change, so please confirm prices with the booking coordinator or your event coordinator.

CONCESSIONS

The Manatee Convention and Civic Center offers a tasty selection of concession items for most events. Standard items include popcorn, hotdogs and sodas. Day long events will offer additional items. Our building policy does not allow coolers, glass bottles or cans to be brought into the facility building at any time. Alcohol service is provided by the center during certain events.

CATERING

From continental breakfast to Prime Rib, the Manatee Convention and Civic Center offers a wide variety of delicious menu selections. The facility is also versatile in allowing you to bring in a caterer from our Approved Caterers List. To add a caterer to the list you just have to talk with BEST (Business and Events Support Team). A full service kitchen is available for rent or the caterer may opt not to use the kitchen for a nominal fee.

TICKET SALES

Events may also be interested in discussing the possibility of using our computerized ticketing system with a member of BEST.
