Food Services

Manatee Convention and Civic Center offers a number of services, including catering. We have a full-time on-site chef available for simple concessions or lavish buffet banquets. Just make sure to ask the booking coordinator about Chef Sean's availability. For more information about our catering services you can download a catering packet.

If you choose to use an outside caterer, they must be approved by Center management in advance of your event. Our current Approved Caterers List can be added to, just contact a member of BEST. Otherwise you may ask your booking coordinator about Chef Sean's availability.

The Manatee Convention and Civic Center holds the liquor license and must supply all alcohol service. We will be happy to discuss your options for a cash bar, hosted bar or combination of the two. Your event coordinator will be able to help you with those decisions.
